Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of omexor.com and the advertising services provided by OMEXOR LLC ("Omexor", "we", "us").

Services

Omexor provides advertising management and consulting services, including Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup, management, optimisation, tracking and strategy. The exact scope, fees and duration are agreed in writing with each client.

Advertising spend

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, advertising budgets are paid directly to the advertising platforms and are separate from our service fees.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their products, offers, websites and claims, and for providing the access and materials needed to deliver the services.

Results

We work to improve campaign performance, but advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue or return on ad spend.

Payment

Fees are payable as stated in the agreed proposal or invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement with written notice as agreed in the proposal. Fees for work already performed remain due.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Omexor's total liability is limited to the service fees paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
